A miner.
Miners will mine minerals and isotopes for you. Extra miners can be hired in the Hire Center. Each mineshaft that your drill finds will add more miners and at 40Km the miners have a chance to find a Treasure Chest. You can have a maximum of 10 miners per mineshaft.
