Helium is the second isotope you will mine on the Moon. It will start to occur at level 1132 W2-100.
Helium is available as three different isotopes.

Useful information
-Brodiger: The four Helium layers between 1432(W2-400) and 1532(W2-500) give He-3 ten times as fast. You'll encounter the first special layer at 1433(W2-401)Km. When you get there, your He-3 production almost doubles. The next ones are at 1451, 1476, and 1505.(W2-419, 444, 473).
-Qaccy: He3 (or more specifically, helium in general) only drops from 27 levels on the moon and that includes all the way up to the maximum Moon depth of 1782(W2-750)km. It's the same incredibly low drop rate on every level except for the 4 in between 1432-1532(400-500)km, where the drop rate is 10x higher.
